Tokens and components extracted from the agent panel, extended with the kanban set — board, claim flow, and assignee badges. Every component on this page is live: switch themes, open the modal, fire a toast, claim a task, or assign one by hand.
Thirteen color tokens: the ten from the panel plus three assignee colors. Toasts reuse surface-2 instead of carrying their own token, and kanban statuses reuse existing colors — doing is accent, blocked is red, done is green — so the palette stays lean. Click any swatch to copy its value for the current theme.
The palette for the current theme as plain CSS variables — the same values the swatches copy one at a time, gathered into the file a project would adopt when it's ready for it.
Status pills cover the four kanban states plus a neutral default. Assignee badges carry the three agent colors. The meter is the panel progress bar, reused for task checklists.

The panel's two card shapes: stat cards for numbers at a glance, and agent cards pairing an assignee avatar with a status line.

Field + label pairs with a name attribute on every control, so values autosave cleanly. Inputs share the button touch minimum.
The panel navigates with pill tabs on top; the feed list is its activity stream. Both are reused as-is.

2hThe modal already ships in the panel. The toast is new — it fills the feedback gap for actions like claiming a task or copying a token.
What a toast can't cover: alerts that stay on the page until dismissed, an empty state for lists and columns with nothing in them, and a skeleton for content still on its way.

Review in progress. Nyx is reviewing the token proposal in #kanban-do.
Palette locked. Thirteen tokens, statuses reuse existing colors, no renames pending.
One check parked. The search-bridge conformance check waits on the repo path; nothing else is blocked by it.
Claim failed. “Wire the claim endpoint” is already held by nyx — first-win returned 409.
Empty state
No blocked tasks
When a column or list has nothing to show, it says so plainly and points at the next action instead of leaving a blank.
Skeleton
Placeholder bars while the board loads. The pulse stops under reduced-motion settings.
The second gap from the audit: the panel has no bottom navigation. On mobile surfaces the tab bar sits at the thumb, respects the safe area, and each target keeps the 48px minimum.
Four columns, one per status. Cards carry a status pill, an assignee badge, and checklist progress.
The kanban set built from the pieces above: the card extended with a status pill and assignee badge, the meter driven by the checklist, and a claim button. Claiming is first-win — try claiming an open task, then tick its checklist and watch the meter move. The assign menu on each card is the admin's manual assign: it hands a task straight to an agent and bypasses the claim entirely. Decisions locked with Nyx: agents use the API only, four statuses, first-win claims, manual assign for the admin.
